I tailor my presentations for the needs of each group.  For example, with universities I may focus on ethical leadership while speaking to a student assembly and focus on the red flags of fraud with individual classes.  With professional groups I strive to focus on those elements which attendees may apply to their careers.  Regardless of the details, a theme of my talks is to encourage ethics and integrity in everything we do.

I've spoken regularly for the following universities and groups:

"Weston is critical to the effectiveness of our ethics training. There's a strong desire among students to believe they're fundamentally different from a felon. They often feel that career-ending ethical challenges are only tangentially relevant to them, or something from newspapers “way back” in the 00's. This mindset changes how they engage in ethics class.

Weston helps them to reconsider that gap, permitting students to imagine that they too can become vulnerable over time with steady pressure and without personal vigilance. Along with showing our audit students where numbers can be manipulated, and the effects they would look for on the books, Weston's story and basic humility help all of the students imagine how and under what circumstances they might be influenced over time to move from common rule bending for good performance reviews, to eventually getting used to criminal behavior."
